Meet our Preschool Director Mary Fava is the Preschool Director of Harper School. Mary served as Director of Salem Methodist Preschool for twelve years and prior to that taught at Salem for ten years, Before Salem, she taught at Hamilton Christian Preschool. Mary earned a BA in Early Childhood Education from Fontbonne University. Mary grew up in St. Louis and currently lives in Creve Coeur with her husband, Chris. They have two children and two grandchildren.

Meet our founder Joe Wagner is the founder of Harper School. Joe previously co-founded Stratford School, a high performing private preschool and elementary school in Silicon Valley. Joe has degrees from Georgetown University and University of Pennsylvania. Joe grew up in St. Louis and currently lives in University City with his wife, Molly, and their seven children.
