Meet our Founder Joe Wagner is the founder of Harper School. Joe previously co-founded Stratford School, a high performing private preschool and elementary school in Silicon Valley. Joe has degrees from Georgetown University and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Joe was born in Germany, grew up in St. Louis, MO, and lived for about ten years in the San Francisco Bay Area. He currently lives in St. Louis with his wife, Molly, and their seven children.
